摘要 Disclosed are a system and method for monitoring a motion status of a bucket in a construction vertical shaft. The system comprises a dynamic signal collection and transmission system installed on a sliding carriage (1), a wireless signal transmission system installed on a shaft wall, and a computer centralized control center installed in a control room. The dynamic signal collection and transmission system comprises a laser displacement sensor (9), an industrial camera (2), a light source (3), and a terminal collection and transmission controller (4). The wireless signal transmission system comprises a plurality of wireless mesh nodes (5) distributed on the construction shaft wall. The computer centralized control center comprises a control host machine (6) and a wireless signal collector (7). The bucket status monitoring method comprises camera calibration, image acquisition, image data upload, bucket position analysis, dynamic measurement and data storage, display of the monitoring, data analysis and alarm. The system and method are advantageous in that the motion status of the bucket in the construction vertical shaft can be monitored in real time and in automatic alarm of abnormal status, and thus a safe operation of the bucket in the construction vertical shaft is ensured.
