<p>A spring-operated impeller device for installation in a doll of the kind having a hollow head (6) joined by a ring (5) to a body (8) and designed to eject a dummy (7) inserted in the mouth of the doll, comprises a main body (1) having a base bent over at one end to form a groove (1c) and two lateral walls provided at their upper ends with matching slots (1a) and registering holes (1b), a first rigid lever (2) pivotally mounted at one end (2c) in the slots (1a) and provided at its other end with a cup (2a) to receive the lower end of the dummy (7), a flat over-centre spring (4) extending between the slots (1a) and the groove (1c) and a second rigid lever (3) mounted at one end (3b) in the holes (1b) and provided with a projecting member (3a) for engagement with the spring (4) in its cocked position. Pressure on the doll's abdomen depresses lever 3 to trip the spring and launch the dummy. <IMAGE></p> |
