Dielectric ceramics represented by the following general formula and substantially having the K2NiF4 type crystal structure. aSrO???bCaO???cTiO2???dSnO2 (wherein 0.39???a???0.70, 0???b???0.28, 0.27???c???0.35, 0???d???0.04, and a + b + c + d = 1), have a high dielectric constant and an unloaded Q as high as 6000 and more in the high-frequency region of super high frequency band, and are therefore best suited for use in dielectric resonators, or dielectric substrates for microwave integrated circuit. |
