PURPOSE:To obtain a highly rigid, thin and light weight rear parcel by placing thermally softened long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene sheet at predetermined position on the underface of polypropylene resin sheet containing filler then molding integrally. CONSTITUTION:The rear parcel shelf 1 is molded integrally with resin sheet 3 at predetermined position on the underface of resin board 2 having specific product shape. Here, the resin board 2 is made of resin sheet of conventionally used material while the resin sheet 3 is formed with long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene sheet. When selecting the thickness properly, the resin sheet 3 can have same rigidity with that of iron reinforce conventionally utilized for reinforcing the rear parcel shelf. |
