PURPOSE:To set freely the amplitude of a casting mold and to improve the productivity in a casting operation by changing the phase between a sun gear and ring gear simply by rotating planetary gears by driving of another system thereby changing the casting amplitude as desired during casting. CONSTITUTION:The rotation of the gear 4 rotatably freely around a revolving shaft 1 is transmitted to the planetary gear 6 the planetary gear 10 when the gear 4 is rotated at the speed higher or lower than the rotating speed of the shaft 1 by a worm 2 in the stage of changing the amplitude. The ring gear 13 attached freely radially glidably to an eccentric wheel 15 rotates consequently and therefore the phase of the gear 13 changes together with a universal wheel 16 and the eccentric wheel 15 relative to the sun gear 12 and the shaft 1. Name ly the magnitude of eccentricity over the entire part changes. |
