PURPOSE:To equalize a dissolved metal, and to improve the yield by forming a metal of the highest dissolving temperature in the shape of a rod, and also forming a layer of other metal on its outside periphery in order of high dissolving temperatures. CONSTITUTION:A metal of a high dissolving temperature such as vanadium, etc. in the shape of a rod 7, a pipe-shaped metal of copper, etc. of a low dissolving temperature is fitted and inserted into its outside periphery, and a layer 8 is formed. By using an electrode 3 constituted of this method, arc dissolution is executed between this electrode and a water cooling mold 2 in a vacuum chamber 1. By using this electrode, plural metals can be dissolved synchronously, and also an alloy of a uniform composition is obtained by dissolution of once, therefore, the yield of a material is improved. |
