<p>PURPOSE:To ascend the temperature of a burner and prevent the outflow of kerosine drain by a method wherein a part of combustion gas is flowed out along the wall surface of a burner main body by a plurality of small holes, bored at the lower side of the front portion of a heat shielding plate. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of small holes 14 is formed on the lower side of the front portion of the heat shielding plate 7 surrounding the burner main body 6, in the hot-air space heater ventilating the hot-air by burning kerosine. According to this method, a part of the combustion gas formed in the heat shielding plate is flowed out along the outer wall surface of the burner body and recondense of kerosine vapor is prevented by ascending the temperature of the burner main body. Accordingly, a drain-receiver for the flow out of the kerosine drain can be omitted and the plurality of the holes is used as the combustion confirmation holes to confirm the combustion condition of the burner in the shielding plate, whereby the low cost hot-air space heater may be obtained.</p> |
