The invention relates to a foldable case for packaging objects. The case is characterised in that it comprises only two spacing flaps 3, 4 each arranged on an open side of the box, and each flap is capable, in its active position, in coming as a support stop, via its free edge 8 opposite its folding line 5, against the inner wall 10 of the opposite face 1 which is provided so as to project relative to this support, thus ensuring the immobilisation in the separated and curved position of the two faces 1, 1', and the holding in the active deployed position of the case. Application to a case which is stored flat in order to be unfolded when the object is placed in the box. <IMAGE>
