Fastening device for walls, shells or apron-walls with continuous thermal insulation and dimensional self-compensation. The invention relates to a fastening device making it possible to build very simply and in one single operation prefabricated structural elements with continuous thermal insulation. The fastener is in the form of a self-stable symmetrical double pin provided with a horizontal member 1 joined to two parallel arms 3 inclined downwards and pointing outwards, themselves joined to two parallel arms 4 inclined downwards and pointing inwards, and extended at their lower part by two vertical arms 5.
