Progressive diary able, at the end of the year, to receive sheets for the months of the next year taken from next year's diary. The diary is provided two gutters 1 for receiving the set of removable sheets 2 for the first few months of the next year and this set is detached from position 3 of that diary and installed in position 4 of the current year's diary. Towards the end of the year, the set of detachable sheets is returned to its original position 3 where it was when the diary for the next year was bought. A binding system 5 is located on the two gutters and on the underside of the detachable set of sheets. This progressive diary is particularly aimed at people needing to record well in advance their meetings, occupations, etc., and wishing to avoid having to work simultaneously with two diaries during the end-of-year transition period. <IMAGE>
