<p>PURPOSE:To provide a solar collector having a coating layer which excells in weather-resistance, tranceparency, corrosion-resistance and light absorbing properties by coating a fluorine-containing polymer paint comprising a certain fluorine-containing copolymer and a bridging agent for bridge-hardening. CONSTITUTION:A fluorine-containing copolymer comprising chlorotrifluoro ethylene or tetrafluoroethylene 40-60mol%, fluoroalkylvinyl ether 5-50mol% having 1-10 carbons in the alkyl radical, and desirably hydroxyalkylvinyl ether 0.5-40mol% having 2-10 carbons in the alkyl radical is added a bridging agent, which are uniformly mixed in a solvent. The resultant coating material is painted on a heat collecting plate made of plastic or metal, and is bridge- hardened at a normal temperature. Said fluorine-containing copolymer coating material may be added as needed with other copolymers, hardening accelerating agent, dyes, pigments, viscosity adjusting agent, leveling agent, gelling inhibiting agent, ultraviolet absorbing agent, light discoloration stabilizing agent, blur inhibiting agent, dispersion agent, bubble suppressing agent, filling agent, etc.</p> |
