PURPOSE:A solid cosmetic having improved wetting feeling, light spread, improved adhesivity, good durability of makeup, and improved safety, containing a sterol branched higher fatty acid ester, an oil component, and powder as essential components in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:A solid cosmetic useful as foundation, eye shadow, cheek color, etc., providing the skin with soft wetting, not producing chapped skin, having improved adhesivity, and improved durability of makeup, comprising (a) 0.5-10wt% sterol branched higher fatty acid ester having 2-ethylhexanoic acid, 2-pentylnonanoic acid, 2-hexyl-decanoic acid, isostearic acid, 2-octyldodecanoic acid as a fatty acid component, (b) 5-20wt% oil component such as vegetable oil, animal oil, mineral oil, synthetic oil, or silicone oil, etc., which are generally used in cosmetic, and (c) 70-94.5wt% powder such as extender pigment, inorganic pigment, organic pigment, etc. which are generally used in cosmetic. |
