PURPOSE:To offer a circuit with less current noise by forming an output from a midpoint of the 1st and 2nd transistors (Trs) connected in series with complementary operation and providing a control circuit between the gate and drain of the 1st or 2nd Tr. CONSTITUTION:A TrQ3 is turned on by an NAND signal Sf during a prescribed period X at the trailing of an input data signal Sa, the gate-drain of a TrQ2 is short-circuited and the TrQ2 acts like a diode. Thus, the TrQ2 is turned on until a potential at a connecting point q1 reaches a thresho 1d level Vth of the TrQ2. After the period X is elapsed, the TrQ4 is turned on, the level of the gate of the TrQ2 reaches a power voltage VDS and the TrQ2 keeps the on-state during the period Y. In this case, since the drain potential of the TrQ2 is Vth, a current flowing to a grounding line 9 is small. Thus, current noise is suppressed. |
