PURPOSE:To improve the workability while to prevent degrading of freshness and to save the space of sorting/shipping facility in fresh food delivery center by enabling random partitioning of working floor through curtain while freely selecting the free space and cold sustaining chamber. CONSTITUTION:The working floor F facing against the delivery home S is provided with poles 8 and cooling units with proper interval and shutters 9 at the opening of floor F. Then an outside curtain 1, an inside curtain 2, an intermediate curtain 3 and a partitioning curtain 10 are arranged deployable/ retractably to respective pole 8. Normally, the curtain C is wound to provide free space. When performing sorting work of refrigerated food, respective curtain 1-3, 10 is combined to define a cold sustaining chamber R to drive the cooling unit 6 thus to perform sorting and prepare delivery. With such arrangement, refrigeration can be sustained while the space is saved and the workability is improved. |
