PURPOSE:To contrive cost reduction to curtail parts and working pocess by a method wherein a projecting unit abutting against the inside surface of an outer-case is provided to a step, and a piezoelectric element is pressurized in such a way utilizing elasticity of a outer case. CONSTITUTION:An impact receiver 2 and a piezoelectric element 3 are arranged to put inside of the cylindrical outer-case 1 and also the step 12 with a projection unit 12a is additionally put inside of it, which are solidified by a binder 6, and then after a return-spring 7 is inserted in the outer-case 1, a hammer 9, a hammer pin 10 and a hammer spring 11 are constituting an impact organization, to which an inner case 8 is fitted. With this constitution, it is possible to pressurize the impact receiver 2, the piezoelectric element 3 and the step 12 without using a pressurized spacer, as well as to eliminate the pressurized spacer and also eliminate the working process for inserting the pressurized spacer to the outer-case owing to the elimination of the pressurized space, thus reducing the cost. |
