摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable to travel an electric railcar at a constant speed of its target speed by less notch operations by applying a notch command in the intermediate of notch commands given from a master controller. CONSTITUTION:If a constant speed increase command is applied from a constant speed operation instruction unit 19 when a notch command from a master controller 7 is (n) notches, a phase-shift stop selector 10 adds 0.5 notch no-notch command to output the final phase-shift stop angle command value corresponding to (n+0.5) notch. A current limit comparator 9 outputs a current command value of a difference between the value of a power drive command 12 and a main motor current value. Comparison phase shifters 11-1, 11-2 respectively output phase-shift angle commands 17, 18 for opening the phase shift in response to the speed rise of an electric railcar so that the prescribed current limit value of obtained until the phase-shift angle based on the current command value arrives at the phase-shift angle by a phase shift stop angle command value.</p>
