PURPOSE:To form the information guiding system economically for the case where the calls congest in a limited time and for the case of temporary service by providing the line to the information source on-the-necessity-wise and the multi-stage connections by plural exchanges as utilizing the public telephone lines only and without using the private lines. CONSTITUTION:When a subscriber dials a request for information guiding service with a telephone system 8, the exchange 7 identifies the information guiding service according to the dialed number, and reads from a translation registering device 12 the information of connection status as to whether or not the line is connected to the information source correspondent to the call for the service, and analizes them. In result of the analysis, in case when the exchange 7 itself and the information source 1 are not connected, the exchange 7 connects a line 6 to a trunk exchange, based on the routing information to the information source 1. Further, the exchanger 7 registers in the translation registering device 12 the information which shows that the selected line 6 is being connected with the information source 1, so that the received calls for the same service can be continuedly connected in multiconnections by itself. |
