CONSTITUTION:A non-magnetic material 17 such as glass is embedded into the permeable material 16 such as Mn-Zn ferrite to constitute one magnetic core. The other magnetic core is constituted by forming the thin permeable film 18, a non-magnetic insulating film 19 consisting of SiO2, etc. and a thin film-like coil 20 in the position intersecting with the magnetic path made by the permeable material 16 on the surface of the material 16 and the thin film 18 via the film 19. The film thickness T of the film 18 is specified at 0.5mum at the top end and magnetic gap length GL at about 0.8mu.
