PURPOSE:To enable the images of several visual fields for the sample to be successively recorded through simple operation by obtaining the degree of each movement of the visual field on the basis of specified conditions and the multi plying factor being used and displaying the range of the visual field. CONSTITUTION:When the degree of the overlapping of the visual field (on the film surface) (delta) and the number of pictures to be photographed (n) are entered into an input device 10 before photographing is performed using an electron microscope, according to a predetermined program a microprocessor 11 uses a computer 13 to obtain the position of the minute movement of the sample on the basis of multiplying factor (M) being used. When the content of the predetermined program is specified by the number of visual fields in horizontal direction (NX) and the number of visual fields in vertical direction (NY) (N=NX*NY) centering around the present visual field, the range of the visual field (X, Y) to be photographed is obtained in accordance with the follow ing formulae: X=1/2M[NX.AX-2delta(NX-1)] and Y=1/2M[NY.AY-2delta(NY-1)]. (AX and AY represent the dimensions of a film area used for one time of photographing.) The microprocessor 11 uses either a digital amount or graphic indication to display this visual field range on a displayer 14. |
