PURPOSE:To constitute a slit roller type dehydrating device which has a simple structure and is easily assembled and disassembled, by installing numerous fine through slits for passing filtrate to the surface of plural hollow slit rollers and arranging the rollers in parallel with each other in two rows, upper and lower rows, with minute intervals between them, and then, rotating the rollers in the same feeding direction. CONSTITUTION:Numerous fine through slits 3 are installed to the surface of plural hollow slit rollers 2 and the slit rollers 2 are arranged in parallel with each other in two rows, upper and lower rows, in a filter chamber 1. Minute intervals are provided between each slit roller 2 in the same row in such a way that sludge, etc., cannot drop through the intervals and the rollers 2 are arranged in zigzag with an upward gradient from the entrance 4 of the chamber 1 toward the outlet 5. In addition, the interval between the upper and lower rows is gradually narrowed toward the outlet 5. Dehydrating is performed with such a constitution by rotating the upper side slit rollers 2 counterclockwise and lower side slit rollers 2 clockwise at a uniform speed by means of a driving motor 10. Moreover, filtrate enters into the slit rollers 2 is discharged from discharging pipes through through holes 12. |
