PURPOSE:To enable conveyance between equipments efficiently, by carrying a product to be tested on a testing truck having equipped with a plurality of carry frames having connectors to save the manhour of electric connection or separation one at a time. CONSTITUTION:A product 1 to be tested is housed into a carry frame 9 of a testing truck 8 stays at the first test standby position 2 and connected to a first connector block 10. Then, to test, the product is conveyed onto to a characteristic and function testing unit 3 as housed in the truck 8, the connector block 11 is connected to a collectively connectable connector block provided on the testing unit 3 and then, a test is performed for the products 1 being tested separately one at a time. Then, the product undergoes an aging processing in an aging tank 5 via an aging standby 4 and conveyed to the second test standby position 6 and a testing is performed after the aging with the characteristic and function tester 3. Thereafter, the products 1 being tested carried on the testing truck 8 is conveyed to a shipping standby position 7 and are withdrawn individually from the carry frames 9.
