PURPOSE:To prevent scattering of negative raw material powder caused by static electricity in a unit cell manufacturing process by adding a specified organic solvent to a negative raw material. CONSTITUTION:When preparing an electrode by molding negative raw material powder, aprotic organic solvent having a dielectric constant of 30 or more is added to the negative raw material powder. Organic solvent adding to the negative raw material powder is required to be aprotic solvent to prevent reaction with the negative material and also to have low vapor pressure to prevent the worsening of working environment caused by organic solvent vapor. Propylene carbonate and gamma-butylolactone are suitable in order to meet these requirements. By adding these organic solvent, generation of static electricity is prevented. |
