PURPOSE:To provide a polymer compsn. which has excellent moldability and resistances to an impact at low temperatures and heat distortion and does not cause delamination, containing a hydrogenated copolymer, a thermoplastic polyester or polycarbonate and an unsaturated silane compd. CONSTITUTION:A compsn. contains a hydrogenated copolymer (a) of formula I (wherein A is a polymer block of a monovinyl-substd. arom. hydrocarbon; B is an elastomeric polymer block of a conjugated diene; n is 1-5), a termoplastic polyester and/or a polycarbonate (b), a polyolefin (c), a softener (d) for non-aromatic rubber and a silane compd. (e) of formula II (wherein R is an ethylenically unsaturated hydrocarbon group, hydrocarbon oxy group; R' is an aliph. satd. hydrocarbon group; Y is a hydrolyzable org. group; n is 1, 2) in such a proportion that a/(a+b) is 5-95wt%, b/(a+b) is 95-5wt%, c/(a+b) is 0-200wt%, d/(a+b) is 0-100wt% and e/(a-c) is 0.05-10wt%.
