The invention relates to data processing equipment and memories. Devices having a DCh base activate in a set of N circular commands, h successive commands amongst the set of commands. A device DCh (1) activates h columns (7) amongst K : SO, ., SK-1. A device DC2 (2) activates two line sections (3), (4) amongst 2L : S'O, S''O,.., S'L-1, S''L-1. The device DC2 is dependent upon a condition Cd which indicates if a limit d is exceeded by the activated columns, in which case the activation goes from S'i and S''i to S''i and S'i+1, or else from S''i and S'i+1 to S'i+1 and S''i+1 and so on. Application to the problem of the selection of groups of memory cells, in a matrix-organized field, wherein high and low addresses are transmitted to the devices DC2 (2) and DCh (1) by means of two buses BL (5) and BK (6). |
