Further, the means 2a and 2b detects the fine attitude variation, etc., of the vehicle and performs specific amplification to output a reference signal Y. Then, an arithmetic processing part II consists of a signal arithmetic circuit 3 which inputs the signal Y and a subtracting circuit 4 which inputs its output Y1 and the signal X.
