PURPOSE:To increase district areas listening to disaster information or the like under excellent conditions by adjusting the sound volume of speakers in response to the state of wind in the transmission district. CONSTITUTION:The disaster information or the like from a received master station is amplified by a sound amplifier 1 to drive speakers 3-1-3-4 via transformers 2-1-2-4 and switches 4-1-4-4 set to a predetermined distribution ratio at no wind. Observing devices 6-1-6-4 observe the wind speed in the direction of arrow, which are provided in the vicinity of the speakers 3-1-3-4 at wind blowing, a distribution control section 5 obtains the sum of observed values and a microprocessor 5-1 obtains the ratio of outputs of the observing devices 6-1-6-4. The distribution ratio corresponding to the obtained ratio is read out of a memory 5-2 and a control signal from the distribution control section 5 switches the primary tap of the transformers 2-1-2-4 in an output distributor 4. |
