PURPOSE:To provide fine particles capable of being imparted with various functions in high efficiency after pulverization, by curing epoxy-type fine particles with an amine hardener, and adsorbing a compound having an anionic group to the particle by ionic force. CONSTITUTION:A compound having an anionic group (one or more compounds selected from sulfonic group, carboxyl group, organic acid OH group, inorganic acid, their esters or derivatives) is adsorbed through ionic force to epoxy-type particles having an average particle diameter of 0.1-1,000mum and cured with an amine hardener. The amount of the compound having anionic group is 0.1-100wt% based on the fine particle, and the treated particles are preferably neutralized to <=9pH, preferably <=7pH. |
