PURPOSE:To effect accurate measurement, by installing the No.1 stability judg ing means checking difference of individual data, the No.2 stability judging means checking mean values of the specified number of data group and igniting a stability indicating lamp only when the stabilized condition is judged by both judging means. CONSTITUTION:A load detecting unit 1 feeds out on electrical signal correspond ing to a load placed on a bowl 1a and its digital converted data are introduced into a controlling unit 2 per each specified infinitesimal time. The controlling unit 2 is composed of a micro-computer provided with CPU 21 for execution of various calculations and programmings and controlling of various boundary instruments, ROM22 with inscriptions of data-processing programs, and RAM23, etc. with area storing digital converted data from the unit 1 and area as a display register and they are connected with bus lines one with the other. The controlling uint 2 is provided with an output port 3 for outside data transfer of measured value and a displaying unit 4 and an operating key 5 for giving various instructions.
