PURPOSE:To prevent refrigerating cycle from circulation of dust and worn powder by partitioning the interior of an enclosed container by a compressive element into two chambers while forming a communicating path having a filter interposed in the lower portion of the compressive element. CONSTITUTION:A compressor body 1 and a motor 3 are housed in an enclosed container 2. Also, the interior of the enclosed container 2 is partitioned by a bearing 5 of the compressor body 1 into the right and left chambers. The bearing 5 is provided in the lower portion with a communicating path 7 for flowing oil to two right and left chambers, while this communicating path 7 is provided with a filter 8. Thus, dust, worn metal powder and organic extract included in oil are all recovered by the filter so that they do not flow into refrigerating cycle to produce various troubles.
