PURPOSE:To prevent the poor operation of a solenoid valve caused by a deposit between a plunger and its seat part by providing a heater in the vicinity of said seat part of said plunger of a solenoid valve connecting an open air connecting passage to a negative pressure chamber. CONSTITUTION:An open air connecting passage 19 connected to the open air is connected to a negative pressure chamber 15 via a solenoid valve 20. A negative signal passage 22 which connects the middle part of the open-air connecting passage 19 from the solenoid valve 20 to the negative pressure cham ber 15, to the negative pressure operating chamber of a control equipment, is provided. A heater 60 is provided in the vicinity of the seat part 57 of the plunger 53 of the solenoid valve 20. Thereby deposits on a part between the plunger 53 and the seat part 57, can be reduced while drying the part. And, thus, the poor operating property of an engine and increase in fuel consumption can be prevented.
