PURPOSE:To reduce a profile by forming electrode lead mount in two flat surfaces, and holding the insulating interval of the leads perpendicularly to the lead mounting surface. CONSTITUTION:Electrode lead mount is alternately formed with different flat surfaces to form an insulating interval between electrode leads perpendicularly to the lead mounting surface. In other words, an irregular surface is formed on an insulating substrate 1, and electrode leads 2 are alternately formed on the different flat surfaces. Thus, adjacent leads 2 have an interval perpendicularly therebetween. |
