PURPOSE:To make trucks storable in a front close state at the specified pitch, by installing an engaging pin push-up device, which stops the push-up motion of an engaging pin for a succeeding truck, at a time when there is a stop truck not going forward. CONSTITUTION:Each transferring truck 3 goes forward as far as the specified pitch together with a driving frame 12 with insertion of an engaging pin 20 from the driving frame 12. During this while, this engaging pin 20 is kept in an engaged stated with the truck 3 by lock devices 23-27. During stoppage of this truck 3 at the forward end, the engaging pin 20 comes off the truck 3 by a lock released device 33. Next, this truck 3 is left behind and the driving frame 12 is retracted as far as the specified pitch all at once. With this motion repeated, the truck 3 is transferred into stepping by the specified pitch but when there is a stop truck 3 not going forward, operation of an engaging pin push-up device 32 situated in the stop position of a succeeding truck 3 is stopped so as to prevent the succeeding truck 3 from colliding, and the truck is stored in a front close state. |
