PURPOSE:To manufacture a molded article having a definite fine hole without damaging a molding, by making use of a male mold having a somewhat long molding pin for forming the fine hole and a female mold having a drill-shaped recessed part corresponding to the male mold. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin sheet 3 is molded by making use of a male mold 1 having a molding pin 5 which is somewhat longer (l) than a thickness (t) of a molded sheet and a female mold 2 having a drill-shaped recessed part 7 which is somewhat deeper (d) and is larger in its diameter than those of said molding pin 5. A fine hole 5A is made to penetrate through by braking off a boss 7A formed by said mold after molding. As the specific mold is used for the titled molding method, a through hole can be formed reliably without breaking the molding pin at the time of the molding.
