PURPOSE:To improve safety at the time of container tilting ever so high, by installing a symmetrical pair of hooks rotatably in a fulcrum pin at the side of a handling arm pivotally supporting one end of a hydraulic cylinder for tilting the handling arm, while letting this engage with an extension frame at a time when the container tilts rearward. CONSTITUTION:A dump frame 3 is pivotally supported on a rear end of a subframe 2 of a car tiltably rearward with a shaft 4, and an L-shaped handling arm 5 is pivotally supported on a tip end of the frame 3 free of rotation with a shaft 6. And, when the dump frame 3 and a container both are lashed tight with a clamping device 9, this container 7 is made to be tiltable rearward with operation of a hydraulic cylinder 8, but when this clamping device 9 is released, loading and unloading for the container 7 is made so as to be carried out with rotation of the handling arm 5. In this case, a symmetrical pair of hooks 11 are pivotally supported on a fulcrum pin 10 at the side of the handling arm 5 supporting one end of the hydraulic cylinder 8, while an extension frame 12 is connectedly installed in a tip end of the dump frame 3, and these hooks 11 are made so as to be engaged with a tip part of the extension frame by dint of a spring 14.
