PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-dimensional liquid chromatograph analyzer and analysis method capable of analyzing a target component in a specimen without passing through a mobile phase for desalination.SOLUTION: A two-dimensional liquid chromatograph analyzer includes a temperature control part 6 configured to gradually change or speedily switch temperatures. The temperature control part includes a holder 6a in a periphery of a separation column 3 so that the temperature of the separation column can be changed into a preset temperature. A first separation column changes elution time of the target component by modulating the temperature. The mobile phase of the first separation column is an aqueous mobile phase of a constant composition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1a
