The electromagnetic flow meter comprising a transmitter (100), a receiver (200), and two transmission lines through which an electric power is supplied from the receiver (200) to the transmitter (100) and a signal is transmitted from the transmitter (100) to the receiver (200), wherein the transmitter (100) includes means (9) for accumulating the measured fluid flow velocity signal and means (8, 9, 11, 12) for producing the accumulated value in a form of digital coded current signal. Therefore, the electromagnetic flow meter according to the present invention is not affected by the external noise and so on, has no fear that the error is accumulated in the receiver (200) and requires no change of range, resulting in standardization of types of flow meter being feasible. |
