PURPOSE:To improve flexing resistance, etc. by superposing two sheets of electrolytic copper foil via the rough surfaces thereof then subjecting the foil to lap rolling at a specific rolling reduction. CONSTITUTION:The electric copper foil is preliminarily produced by a known process for producing the electrolytic copper foil. Two sheets of the electrolytic copper foil are then so disposed in such a manner that the rough surfaces thereof contact with each other. Two sheets of such electrolytic copper foil are superposed and are subjected to the lap rolling in the range of 5-95% draft. The improvement of the flexing resistance is not rough if the draft is <5% and the adhesiveness to an FPC synthetic resin plate decreases when the draft increases 95%. Since the electrolytically deposited structure in the copper foil is converted to rolled structure by the above-mentioned method, the flexing resistance is improved. The greater part of the rough surfaces which the electrolytic copper foil possesses first remains and therefore the adhesiveness to the FPC synthetic resin plate is improved.
