PURPOSE:To maintain the high transmission efficiency by installing two cams onto the movable face part of a variable type pulley and forming the cam contact surface into the inclined surface for the direction of revolution. CONSTITUTION:A fixed face part 23 and a movable face part 24 are formed onto a driving shaft 1, and cams 16 and 18 are installed onto a pulley shaft 15. Onto the side peripheral wall edge part of the cam 18, a saw-toothed cam surface 18a having an inclined surface contacting with the cam surface 16a is formed. Therefore, on the inclined surface, a vertical reaction to the inclined surface is generated, and a belt 6 is fastened, and a side pressure is generated. Therefore, the high transmission efficiency can be obtained over the wide range of revolution speed. |
