PURPOSE:To obtain necessary bearing capacities by a method in which an excavator penerated into the hollow of a pile is operated to penetrate the pile into the ground, while water, air, and grout liquid are injected from the triple tube of a monitor set on the bottom of the pit, and the pile is penetrated further into the ground. CONSTITUTION:A screw excavator is inserted into the hollow of a steel tubular pile 1 and operated to excavate the ground A, and an oil-pressure device is operated to discharge soil and sand for penetrating a pile 1 into the ground. The excavator is then removed out, and a hydraulic monitor 5 is inserted into the pit and set on the bottom 1a. A hose 9 through which water, air, and grout liquid are injected is set through a triple tube swivel 8 to the tube 7 of the monitor 5. A trencher 10 is set, and while turning the rod 5a of the monitor 5 by a rotator 11, water and air are jetted by the monitor 5 to break the ground A and at the same time the grout liquid is injected. An oil-pressure hammer 9 is operated to penetrate the pile 1 further into the improved ground B. |
