PURPOSE:To make it possible to control the start of an air-conditioning device using an engine cooling water as a heat source, even in a dehumidifying or bilevel mode, by arranging such that the air-volume of a blower is lowered when the temperature of cooling water is below a predetermined value, and a required temperature of blow-out air exceeds a predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:An internal air temperature 36, a solar radiation amount 37, an evaporator outlet side air temperature 38, an ambient temperature 39 a set temperature 4 and a mix door opening degree 41 are delivered to a control device 12 through an A/D converter 43, and the outputs of switches 51 including a blower switch 42 are also delivered to the control device 12 which computes a required temperature of blow-out air. Further, when the required temperature of blow-out air exceeds a predetermined value, the control device 12 compares the temperature 44 of engine cooling water with a predetermined value, and lowers the rotational speed of a blower 15 through a drive circuit 47 so that the air-volume of the blower 15 is decreased when the temperature 44 is below the predetermined value. With this arrangement, it is possible to control the start of the blower when the heating is started, even in the humidifying operation or bilevel mode. |
