PURPOSE:To make unnecessary the arrangement of a table for control at the buffer and to eliminate the dividing loss of a memory by executing the transferring of control information and data through the buffer of a sharing device based upon the empty buffer information and a reading request. CONSTITUTION:When a communicating control part 1 receives the data from a communicating line 14, based upon the empty buffer information sent from a control part 2 through a displaying line 8, one out of the empty buffers of a shared memory 3 is selected and the change-over indication is given so that the buffer selected through a control line 13 for a sharing memory 3 can be connected to a bus 11. The sharing memory 3 executes the data transferable displaying and the communicating control part 1 successively transfers receiving data through the bus 11 to the data area of a selecting buffer. The control part 2 detects the reading request displaying sent through a request line 9 and then, the control information concerning the receiving data from the control information area of the buffer designated through a bus 12 is read. After completion, the buffer empty displaying to show that the buffer is empty is sent through a displaying line 8 and the receiving data transfer is completed from the communication control part 1 to the control part 2.
