PURPOSE:To obtain the armature of the rotary electric machine of low magnetic reluctance, by adjusting the section of an armature winding which is inserted into a slot, to the shape of the slot, to form the section in a square shape. CONSTITUTION:An armature winding 1 consists of inserted sections 101-104 which are inserted into a slot, end sections 105 connected to the inserted sections 101-104, and terminal sections 106 connected to commutators. The cross sections of the inserted sections 101-104 which are inserted into the slot are adjusted to the shape of the slot, to be formed in square shapes. The cross sections of the terminal sections 106 connected to the end sections 105 and the commutators 9 are formed in circular shapes. As the result, the magnetic reluctance of the armature and the internal resistance of the armature winding are reduced, and the components can be miniaturized. |
