PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet supply device and the like, which are capable of suppressing abrasion of a connecting portion and the like, and connecting the device to a correspondent device with a shift of a transport roller in an axial direction suppressed.SOLUTION: A sheet supply device 4, for use in connecting to an apparatus body 2 and the like in an up-down direction, includes: a body case 20 for supporting a sheet supply cassette 21 housing sheets S in stack; a drive transport roller 33 for transporting, toward a transport path 5, a sheet S positioned at a lowest layer of sheets in the sheet supply cassette 21; and plural bosses 25, disposed on an upper surface 20b of the body case 20, for engaging with plural insertion holes 26 disposed in a lower surface 20d of a correspondent apparatus. Further, the plural bosses include a set of bosses 25a, 25b disposed oppositely so as to sandwich a fed sheet S from an axial direction of the drive transport roller 33; and at least one of the set of bosses 25a, 25b is disposed on an axial line L, or an extension line of the axial line L, of the drive transport roller 33. |
