Novel macroemulsions which contain at least one solid pyrethroid, aromatic thinner, polyvinyl alcohol, water and acid and, if appropriate, other additives, and in which the oil phase is distributed in the aqueous phase in the form of droplets having a mean particle diameter of between 0.1 and 3.0 mu m, a process for the preparation of the novel macroemulsions, and their use for controlling pests. |
