摘要 PURPOSE:To manufacture the titled material free from fault in matrix metal, by thermally spraying molten metal to thin cylinder while winding a continuous fiber around the cylinder, then further forming the outer layer made of molten metal or glass, heating and pressing the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A thin cylinder 3 made of Al or Ti is fitted on a mandrel 2, while winding the continuous fiber 4 such as fibers of carbon, SiC, Al2O3 thereon, metal such as Al, Ti to be matrix is adhered by a plasmaspray 5 or a vapor deposition 6 to prepare a cylindrical elementary shape 7. A glass 8 is coated on the outer surface, or further a dense thermally sprayed (vapor deposition) film 6 is formed, then this is heated and pressed in a hot hydrostatical apparatus 10, to manufacture the titled material 11 in which matrix metal is permeated thoroughly between reinforcing fibers and wall thickness is thin.
