The invention relates to an anchoring device enabling a framework to be connected to a support 2 without having to resort to pegging which requires a power source on the site and enables an anti-capillarity barrier 3 to be laid without the latter being perforated. It consists of a central connection zone 17 where 2 flanges 15 drilled with n holes 21, 22 and 2 lugs 18 with calked ends 19, stiffened with the central connection zone 17 by a relief element 16, run alternately. The elements are positioned during the casting of the support 2 before the hydraulic binder or the resins have hardened again. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for fixing Teccobois (registered trademark) open frames to a concrete support. <IMAGE>
