发明名称 METHOD FOR CONTROLLING LUBRICATING OIL IN COLD ROLLING
摘要 PURPOSE:To stabilize rolling force and to improve the accuracy of a sheet thickness by automatically controlling the supply rate of a lubricating oil as a function of a rolling distance and rolling force after roll change. CONSTITUTION:The rolling distance of work rolls 2 is determined by the pulse taken in from an electric motor 4 after the roll exchange. The rolling force is determined from a rolling force meter 5. Both values are inputted to a control device 6 and the supply rate of the lubricating oil determined from the actual rolling experience is corrected. The corrected supply rate is inputted to a lubricating oil flow rate control device 7 which changes a pressure regulating valve and the rotating speed of a pump. The supply rate of the lubricating oil is increased in order to decrease the rolling force right after the roll change in this control. The gradual decrease of the rolling force on progression of rolling is prevented by decreasing the supply rate of the lubricating oil.
