PURPOSE:To prevent the scattering of sludge or the generation of a malodor, by providing the scraping-up function and pressure feed function of pressure floated conc. sludge to a sludge sucking-up machine. CONSTITUTION:When a truck 4 is run, the sludge 3 in an upper layer side is guided to a sludge introducing part 23 to be guided into a casing 20. Subsequently, an eccentric rotor 21 rotates and, when a rubber lining 31 is contacted with the underline part 43 of the casing 20, an emitting port 27 is closed by an emitting port shutting member 34 and a protruded end part 36 is contacted with the rubber lining 31 and a hermetically closed space 44 holding a definite amount of sludge 3 is formed of the casing 20, the eccentric rotor 21 and the hermetically closed space forming member 37 of a change-over valve 33. When the eccentric rotor 21 is rotated, the sludge 3 in the hermetically closed space 44 is transferred upwardly and the volume of said hermetically closed space 44 gradually reduces to press the sludge 3. Then, the eccentric rotor 21 is rotated and the emitting port 27 is opened to feed the sludge 3 toward the emitting port 27 under pressure.
