PURPOSE:To elevating reliability in tests while saving labor, by arranging a cooling test tank, a heating test tank and a removal tank while a lift means which freely immerse a printed wiring board to be tested into and pull it out of the tanks and a running means are provided. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus is provided with a cooling test tank 1 holding a refrigerant, a heating test tank 2 holding a heat medium and a removal tank 3 holding a solvent for removing the refrigerant and heat medium attached to a printed wiring board P to be tested. It also has a lift means 5 which lift upward and downward an arm 4 supporting the wiring board P in suspension to immerse the wiring board P into and pull it out of any of the tanks and a running means 6 for moving the arm 4 along the arrangement of the tanks. Then, the lift means 5 and the running means 6 are so arranged to be driven with one motor 17 and a measuring probe 7 is connected between double-side circuits connected by a through-hole plating of the wiring board P to measure electric resistance between the double-side circuits by a resistance measuring means. This enables stable driving with a compact apparatus, thereby elevating the reliability of tests.
