PURPOSE:To obtain a cosmetic exhibiting excellent impregnating action without causing side effects and having remarkably improved effect of the base cosmetic, by adding a proper amount of sodium tungstate to a standard cosmetic base. CONSTITUTION:A standard cosmetic base such as cosmetic, soap, dentifrice, etc., is added with preferably 1-10wt%, especially 2-6wt% sodium tungstate. If Panax ginseng extract is added in combination with sodium tungstate, the original drug action of Panax ginseng can be promoted remarkably, the skin troubles such as chapping, stains, wrinkles, etc., can be mitigated remarkably, the activity of the skin is improved as a whole and the gloss and the stretch of the skin are improved. |
